student teacher

Please help us welcome student teacher Miss Evah Snider starting in January!

I am thrilled to share the exciting news that, come January, my classes will be enriched by the presence of a student teacher. Ms. Evah Snider, a proud 2020 graduate of Cedarville High School and a current student at Lake Superior State University, will be joining us. Throughout the third marking period, she will gradually assume responsibility for the majority of my classes, taking charge of lesson planning and grading under my guidance. This presents a wonderful opportunity for all involved, as I will closely supervise her teaching and have complete confidence in her abilities.

Sincerely, Gretchen Storey

Dear Parents and Guardians, My name is Evah Snider, and I’m very fortunate to be student teaching with Mrs. Storey to complete the requirements of my degree at LSSU to be a High School History Teacher. Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m a 2020 graduate of Cedarville Schools and a 2021 graduate of the pilot year of the Early College Program in partnership with Lake Superior State University, in which I received an Associate in General Studies. I’ve continued my education at LSSU and am working through a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences Secondary Education. While at LSSU I’ve made the Dean’s List multiple times, have been a foundational member of a new chapter of the National Society for Leadership and Success, and I’m currently in the process of getting First Aid, CPR, and AED certified. I look forward to meeting and working with you and your students as well as learning how to be a good teacher for them!
